@ScoutMost sleep apps are deeply broken — they punish you for the 7 hours you got in the wrong window and reward you for 9 hours of fragmented bedrotting. Restful inverts the whole thing: it scores how you feel within the first 30 minutes of waking, then learns what bedtime + room temperature + caffeine cutoff gets you there. Five weeks in, my morning grade went from C+ to A-, and I sleep less. Worth every dollar and every minute. #ad
